When the characteristics of the property do not meet the client's needs, they will probably look for another with the same profile. This is the type of reason that can usually be resolved. Therefore, it is essential that the real estate agency is attentive to solving the problems that arise in the property during the lease to avoid termination due to dissatisfaction with the canada telegram data property. Tip 2:  Giving notice may be (and almost always is) too late. Tenants are well-intentioned when they decide to terminate a lease, given that it involves more complex situations, such as: moving, inspections, renovation costs, looking for another property to rent or buy, etc.
Tip 3:  Treat your tenant as they deserve throughout  the rental process.   This way, you will know for sure whether they want to rent or buy another property and the preference may be yours.
